5. Vehicle Description / History for Concours News Releases and Commentator

6. Terms and Conditions:

(a) I confirm that I will be solely responsible for selling my vehicle at the Classic Car and Motorcycle Sale at the Nairobi Racecourse on Sunday, September 28^th 2025 and I confirm that the Alfa Romeo Owners Club and the Jockey club of Kenya will have no involvement in, or responsibility for any transactions carried out in this regard on Sunday, September 28^th 2025 or after that date.

(b) I will save harmless and keep indemnified the Alfa Romeo Owners Club, the Jockey Club of Kenya and their respective officials, servants, representatives and agents from and against all actions, claims, costs, expenses and demand in respect of loss, death or injury however caused arising out of or in connection with taking part in this event, and not withstanding that the same may have been contributed by the negligence of the said bodies, their official servants, representatives or agents.

(c) The Alfa Romeo Owners Club and the Jockey Club of Kenya have no responsibility for the security of my vehicle(s) at the Nairobi Racecourse grounds during Concours day.

(d) Owing to the limited space available at the Nairobi Racecourse and the likelihood of dusty conditions, test drives and demonstration of cars and motorcycles at the Classic Sale are not permitted within the Nairobi Racecourse grounds during Concours day.

(e) I further confirm that I will behave responsibly at all times while in the Nairobi Racecourse grounds.
