1. This entry form must be completed in every detail if the entry is to be accepted.
2. Entries will not be accepted unless accompanied by the appropriate entry fees.

These are:

Normal entry fee (up to noon on Wednesday, September 17^th, 2025)

Standard Plot Kshs. 50,000

Large Plot Kshs. 65,000

Late entry fee (up to noon on Tuesday, September 23^th, 2025)

4. Terms and Conditions:

(a) The company/organization will comply with the rules and regulations of Auto Expo which I/we have read and understood.

(b) The company/organization will save harmless and keep indemnified the Alfa Romeo Owners Club, the Jockey Club of Kenya and their respective officials, servants, representatives and agents from and against all actions, claims, costs, expenses and demand in respect of loss, death or injury however caused arising out of or in connection with taking part in this event, and not withstanding that the same may have been contributed by the negligence of the said bodies, their official servants, representatives or agents.

(c) The Alfa Romeo Owners Club and the Jockey Club of Kenya have no responsibility for the security of the Company or Organization staff, exhibits and display material at the Nairobi Racecourse between 9:00am on Wednesday, September 24^th 2025 (when the event opens for stand building) and noon on Monday, September 29^th 2025 (the deadline for dismantling stands and clearing plots), or afterwards.
